DOES 288 PRINTS PRICE MATCH OTHER QUOTES?

Yes! We have competitive pricing and will price match if you have a bid from another business. We will need an official quote forwarded to us to review.

WHAT BRAND OF SHIRTS DO YOU USE?

We typically use Bella & Canvas, Gildan, Tultex, Next Level, Anvil, Comfort Colors, American Apparel, and Alternative Apparel.  Our goal is to get you the customer, exactly what you are looking for. If you don't see your favorite brand listed, just ask, chances are we can make it happen. 

WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?

Once we receive artwork, shirt quantities, your final proof and a 50% deposit - our average turn around time is 2 weeks, 10 business days. However, this may vary based on the complexity of the order.

WHAT IF I NEED SHIRTS FASTER THAN 7 DAYS?

We do offer rush orders. The cost and delivery of each rush order will be unique. Contact us for more information!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping time will vary depending on where you are located in the U.S. 288 Prints ships via FedEx. Please refer to the map below to determine your approximate shipping time.

DO I HAVE TO ORDER A MINIMUM?

There is a minimum of 15 shirts required to place an order. Orders under 36 shirts will be charged $30 under minimum fee.

HOW MANY COLORS CAN YOU PRINT?

We can print up to 6 colors in one placement of your design. If you want something different than this, we also offer full color heat transfers.

CAN I MIX DIFFERENT GARMENTS OR SHIRT COLORS WITH MY ORDER?

Yes. You can order several different colored shirts and multiple garments as long as it’s the same exact design & size. If you decide to change the color of the inks or design in that order, there will additional charges.

WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY SHIRTS?

Production on shirts will begin once we receive a 50% deposit. The other 50% will be payable upon delivery of your order.

WHAT TYPE OF ART FILE SHOULD I SAVE MY DESIGN?

All files should be at least 300 dpi and color separated. We accept artwork in .PSD, .EPS, & .AI. .PSD files are preffered **Leave the design in layers.

WHERE DO I SEND MY FILES?

You can email your art files to info@288prints.com. For larger or multiple files, sending them compressed in a .ZIP file is best.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRINT SIZES?

Standard Print Size: 13" x 16" Want a design bigger than this? We also offer Oversized Prints - there will be an Oversized Screen fee.
